Genevieve Sears PA-C, specializes in nonsurgical aesthetics, rejuvenation and functional medicine. She truly has a passion for helping her patients feel like the most beautiful and confident versions of themselves. She has 17 years of experience in Aesthetics Medicine injecting neuromodulators such as Botox, dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, aesthetic laser treatments and skincare. She graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and completed her graduate studies at Le Moyne College in NY where she earned a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, “jogging”, renovating/flipping homes, snow skiing, and meeting up on the lakes of NC to enjoy a day on the pontoon boat. She also loves entrepreneurship, and enjoys spending quality time with her three children and closest friends.
After working for 2 large Plastic Surgery groups and Medical Spas Genevieve realized there was a need for a more personalized, customized approach to facial aesthetics. She had a vision for a high-end, boutique, personalized, modern space where facial aesthetics is prioritized and where she could integrate a wellness approach and aesthetics. She strategically made these visions come to life and began Genevieve Aesthetics Skin Spa in October 2019.

Sandra has always been passionate about serving others. She has a desire to assist others to work toward optimizing their health to achieve their personal goals. This sparked her medical career after graduating high school. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Stanly Community College, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University and her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration of Family Nurse Practitioner in 2012 from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has served over 28 years in various areas of nursing from emergency room medicine, medical/telemetry units, urgent care sites, and surgical services prior to advancing to her role as a provider in family practice. Sandra has always been intrigued by and focuses on preventative healthcare and wellness. She thrives on optimizing patients’ health through an integrative and holistic approach. She believes in the natural healing process and the ways diet and lifestyle can help in one’s overall health. She is a certified Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) practitioner through Biote. She brings over 5 years of experience in aesthetics and BHRT and is currently advancing her certification in functional medicine. Outside of the spa, Sandra enjoys spending time with her daughters, family, and friends. You can find her doing hot yoga, traveling, and exploring unique coffee shops on her time off. Katie Walsh is a board-certified physician assistant originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. She received her master’s in physician assistant studies from Gardner-Webb University and holds a master’s degree in physiology from North Carolina State University. With a strong foundation in functional medicine, Katie is passionate about identifying the root causes of symptoms and helping her patients live happier and healthier lives. Her approach emphasizes restoring balance, optimizing health, and empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to thrive. Katie specializes in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and has aesthetic experience in neuromodulators to help her patients look and feel their best. Katie is excited to meet you and assist you in your journey towards wellness!

Jessica Ambrose, PA-C earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and her Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Public Health Promotion from Miami University of Ohio. She then pursued her Physician Assistant certification from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering, Ohio and then her Masters of Physician Assistant degree from the University of Nebraska. In 2004 after practicing family medicine as a PA in Pensacola, Florida for two years, she moved to a large Alaska bush village and practiced all aspects of medicine and started the first physical therapy program in the city. In 2007, she then moved to the Carolinas where she worked as an Emergency Medicine PA for two years before specializing in Electrophysiology Cardiology for three years. She works full time as nocturnist PA in Cardiology providing critical and urgent cardiology services. She joined the Genevieve and Co. team in 2022 and helps patients with their weight loss journey/program. Over the last 25 years, she has been a featured speaker in multiple conferences and symposiums on such content like exercise and weight loss, syncope, hypertension, and atrial fibrillation. She cherishes spending her free time with her husband and three grown children as well as traveling the world.
